About
From face painting and collage prints to making clay sculptures and designing T-Shirts, Zilla sucks at doing it all.
Based in Detroit, Zilla started making art at a young age, then made it a primary focus of life during COVID-19. With nowhere to go aside from work, she used all of her free time to make any art she could- beginning with collage prints.
Heavily inspired by her artist father (who also came up with the nickname "Zilla"), she created her logo with a similar style to her father's comic books "Fish-Head & Mean-Kid" from the early 2000's (see below).
Zilla created a website called PinkHotMess, then rebranded entirely in October of 2026- focusing more on streetwear/skate clothing than Y2K themes, as well as being more gender-inclusive. You can still visit the website to play games, talk in uncensored chatrooms and watch nostalgic YouTube videos.
